Contract Duration:
Cold & Flu Season (Runs through February•April 2027 , dependent on patient volume) Position Overview We are seeking experienced, highly autonomous Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) for 1099 telehealth contract roles during the 2026/2027 Cold & Flu Season . If you are a clinical professional with 3+ years of family practice or urgent care experience, hold multiple active state licenses, and excel in a fast-paced virtual environment, this opportunity provides flexible schedule options and productivity incentives.
Compensation & Productivity Incentives Base Rate:
Competitive hourly base pay
Productivity Bonus:
$15.75 per visit for every patient visit completed above the minimum baseline (minimum threshold: 3 visits per hour ).
Example:
In an 8-hour shift, the baseline requirement is 24 visits. Completing 30 visits earns your 8-hour base pay plus an additional $94.50 ($15.75 × 6 additional visits). Schedule Options & Hours We offer flexible schedule tracks based on clinical availability and business needs. Full-Time (40 Hours/Week):
Weekday Shifts:
6:00 AM•3:00 PM or 2:00 PM•11:00 PM local time
Weekend Rotation:
Every 4th weekend (both Saturday and Sunday, 8-hour shifts) Modified Full-Time (32 Hours/Week):
Weekday Shifts:
6:00 AM•3:00 PM or 2:00 PM•11:00 PM local time
Weekend Rotation:
Every other weekend (both Saturday and Sunday, 8-hour shifts) Part-Time (20 Hours/Week):
Weekday Shifts:
3:00 PM•11:00 PM local time (some early start flexibility based on volume)

Important Attendance Policy:
Due to peak seasonal volume, no extended time off is permitted during blackout periods: Thanksgiving Week and December 15 through January 5 .
Qualifications & Clinical Requirements Education:
Graduate of an accredited Master's level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
Licensure:
Active APRN licensure as an FNP and an active RN license in good standing.
Autonomous Practice:
Must be qualified to practice independently with unrestricted prescriptive authority .
Clinical Experience:
3+ years of direct clinical experience in a Family Practice, Primary Care, or Urgent Care setting.
Multi-State Licensure Requirement:
Must hold active NP licenses in 4 to 5 states (excluding TX and FL) to ensure sufficient patient coverage.
Equipment & Onboarding Home Office Setup:
Clinicians must provide their own secure, high-speed computer setup and reliable internet connection meeting HIPAA standards.
Paid Orientation:
Mandatory 2-day paid training program (16 total hours; Monday and Tuesday starting at 9:30 AM CST).
