Job Description

A well-established nonprofit community health organization is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its outpatient primary care team in Cranston, RI. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, mission-driven setting with strong clinical support and a manageable patient volume of approximately 15-20 patients per day . Support staff includes medical assistants, nurses, receptionists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals. Position Highlights Competitive salary of $150,000-$160,000 Monday-Friday schedule One evening shift per week Saturday morning coverage only once approximately every 10 weeks No regular weekend schedule Medical, dental, and vision insurance Approximately 6.5 weeks of PTO in year one 12 paid holidays Pension and 401(k) with employer contributions 5 CME days plus a $1,500 stipend License, DEA, and controlled substance fees covered Federal and state loan repayment eligibility Visa sponsorship may be available Qualifications Licensed or eligible for licensure in Rhode Island as an FNP or PA Interest in outpatient primary care Commitment to providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population Apply today to learn more about this rewarding opportunity.
