Cranston, RI Salary:
$135,000–$155,000 + Student Loan Repayment A well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative primary care team serving an underserved community near Providence, Rhode Island. This organization has over 50 years of community impact , is Joint Commission accredited , and holds NCQA Level III Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition. Providers practice in a fully integrated care model alongside nursing, behavioral health, dental, and social services teams.
