Description Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) Overview ReGenesis Health Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a provider passionate about caring for medically complex and underserved populations, including individuals with substance use disorders. This position focuses on providing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and primary medical care across our clinic locations in Spartanburg, Cherokee, Union, and Greenville counties. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality primary and preventive care to diverse patient populations.
  • Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic health conditions.
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic testing, including ordering labs and studies.
  • Prescribe medications and evidence-based treatments for adults and pediatric patients.
  • Deliver Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for patients with substance use disorders.
  • Counsel and educate patients on positive health behaviors and disease management.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Develop treatment plans according to clinical protocols and refer patients appropriately.
  • Perform basic in-office procedures such as IUD/Nexplanon placement, Pap smears, biopsies, joint injections, nail removals, suturing, wart cryotherapy, and incision & drainage. Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary:
$92,000 - $105,000 annually

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Current South Carolina licensure as an APRN or Physician Assistant.
  • Proficiency in delivering Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Commitment to serving underserved communities.
