NURSE PRACTITIONER

Location:

Monterey, TN 38574

Rate:

$50-$55/hr

Schedule:

Part-time, up to 10 days/month, Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM-4:30

PM Travel:

Some travel within the Upper Cumberland Region may be required

JOB SUMMARY

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and medical care to patients. The NP will develop evidence-based treatment plans, provide preventive care and counseling, evaluate diagnostic results, and collaborate with physicians regarding patient care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess, diagnose, and treat patients Develop evidence-based treatment plans Review labs, physical exams, and diagnostic results Prescribe medications as permitted by state regulations Provide preventive care and patient counseling Respond to medical emergencies and provide BLS/CPR when needed Review patient charts for quality, standards of care, and compliance Collaborate with consulting physicians on patient care plans

REQUIREMENTS

Tennessee RN and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) licensure or eligibility Current national certification or eligibility in the appropriate specialty Tennessee Certificate of Fitness required within 60 days of employment Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with physicians Company Description KTI Health is a Veteran-Owned Staffing and Recruitment firm specializing in healthcare and IT workforce solutions.
