Category Therapy - Skilled - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working closely with students to make a real difference in their communication and academic success. Set in a collaborative, supportive educational environment near Monterey, TN, this assignment welcomes both experienced clinicians and recent graduates ready for their CFY. Successful applicants will bring expertise in pediatric therapy, a knack for connecting with children, and a commitment to evidence-based practice in school-based settings. Preferred Qualifications:

Current Tennessee SLP licensure or eligibility Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs Provide direct therapy services in group and individual settings Maintain thorough and accurate records of evaluations, treatment, and progress Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to enhance student outcomes
