Opportunity Location:
Patient homes and facilities within your assigned Texas service area, generally within a 50-mile radius of your home city.
Schedule:
Full-time and part-time opportunities; availability and scheduling needs will be discussed during the interview.
Employment:
Full-time W-2 employment with benefits; part-time arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process.
Compensation:
Per-patient-chart compensation with opportunities for additional bonus fees. Earnings vary based on patient volume, schedule, and applicable compensation terms.
Start date:
Immediate openings available.
Travel:
Use of your personal vehicle is required to travel between patient locations. What You'll Do Assess patients' wound care needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide wound care within your professional scope of practice and established clinical protocols. Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans as appropriate. Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention. Collaborate with providers, facility staff, and the clinical team to support continuity of care. Complete accurate, timely patient documentation using an iPad and electronic health record system. Organize your schedule to provide dependable, attentive patient care. What You'll Bring Current NP or PA certification and an active Texas license in good standing. Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail. A compassionate, patient-centered approach and a collaborative attitude. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. Comfort using an iPad and electronic documentation systems. Dependability, professionalism, and openness to coaching and feedback. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout your assigned service area. Active DEA registration preferred, but not required. Professional liability coverage requirements and malpractice history will be reviewed during the hiring and credentialing process.
