Job Description Description Job Summary We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Beaumont, TX . This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building long-term relationships with patients while delivering high-quality care across all stages of life. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan Perform wellness exams, annual physicals, and routine health screenings Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care Qualifications Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) Previous family medicine or primary care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team Schedule & Compensation Full-time outpatient schedule Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match Facility & Address Christus Health Beaumont, TX 77702
