10/10/2026 Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team and provide high-quality patient care as part of a healthcare team to service patients in Spring and surrounding areas. This is an independent contractor/1099 position with the option to build toward a full-time schedule as your patient load increases.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe necessary medications and treatments.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations.
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care.

Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus.
