Job Description
A licensed, Nurse Practitioner is responsible for direct care of patients as well as promoting good health and wellbeing of AccelHealth patients through medical care, education, health care maintenance, and/or disease prevention. Diagnoses and treats a variety of diseases and injuries in a general practice setting. In addition, Nurse Practitioner may be qualified to serve on the active Medical Staff of a local hospital, provide inpatient care services, or assume on call or after hours' responsibilities. The employee agrees to utilize the most appropriate channel of patient care to include telehealth, telemedicine, medical phone visits, on-site visits, or outside clinic visits.
