Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of vascular disorders. Conduct rounds in hospitals and LTAC facilities when needed. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and follow established protocols. Must have at least 2 years of NP experience, vascular knowledge preferred, bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
