Assess, diagnose, and manage gastrointestinal and liver conditions such as GERD, IBS, IBD, and liver disease. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe treatments, and develop individualized care plans. Educate patients on disease management, medications, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in clinical meetings and quality initiatives, adhering to legal and ethical standards. The role requires a Master's degree in Nursing, an active Texas Nurse Practitioner license, national certification, and at least one year of NP experience, preferably in gastroenterology. The schedule is two days per week, with potential for additional shifts, on-site in-person. Candidates must be willing to relocate before starting. Physical stamina and ability to work in a clinical environment are required.
