We are a thriving, independent family medicine practice in Irving, TX, seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our patient-centered care team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive, relationship-driven outpatient care to patients of all ages—focusing heavily on preventive medicine, wellness, and the effective management of acute and chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough physical examinations, health assessments, and diagnostic workups for patients across the lifespan. Diagnose, manage, and treat a diverse spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions. Provide proactive preventive care, including routine screenings, immunizations, and individualized health coaching. Document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently utilizing eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR. Collaborate closely with our clinical support team to maintain high standards of patient flow, safety, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Licensure:
Current, unencumbered Texas PA or FNP license.
Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of clinical experience in a primary care, family medicine, or urgent care setting is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency with eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR.

Exceptional communication skills, punctuality, strong clinical judgment, and a collaborative team mindset.
