$65/hour The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently , providing high-quality, patient-centered care, and managing both acute and chronic conditions via telemedicine, as well as traditional in person care. This opportunity is ideal for experienced FNPs / PAs who can make a consistent recurring commitment or weekday hours. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients of all ages via telemedicine, as well as traditional in person care. Manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, preventive care, and health screenings. Perform in-office procedures as appropriate to training and scope. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health records (EHR). Collaborate with clinic leadership and staff to ensure excellent patient care and workflow efficiency. Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options. Comply with all clinical, regulatory, and quality standards required by state and federal guidelines.Position Details:
