AM Position Overview:
Baylor Scott & White Medical Center
  • Lakeway is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Intensivist team.
This is a night-shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high-quality critical care.
Position Highlights:
  • Nights-only schedule: 7 days on / 14 days off (7 PM
  • 7 AM)
  • Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment
  • Work autonomously alongside a well-established team
  • Utilizes
EPIC EMR
system

Qualifications:
  • Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license (ACNP certification required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making ability

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION
  • Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
