Pediatric Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location:
McKinney, Texas Our trusted and well-established private practice in the McKinney area is expanding and seeking a Pediatric Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join ourteam. We have multiple offices across the metroplex and are dedicated to delivering compassionate, family-centered pediatric care. About the Role You will work in a supportive private practice environment alongside experienced pediatricians, an on-site psychiatrist, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and a robust clinical support team. Our collaborative model ensures excellent continuity of care for our patients. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric care for patients from birth through 21 years of age. Manage a wide range of common pediatric conditions. Provide foundational ADHD management, while complex cases are referred internally to our psychiatry team. Partner with families to promote wellness, preventive care, and effective management of chronic conditions. Call is rotated among all providers and filtered by On-Call Nurse line before escalation. Qualifications Current Texas state licensure and board certification as a Pediatric Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Prefer 1 year experience, however new graduates welcome to apply! Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to building long-term patient relationships. Excellent clinical skills and professional bedside manner. Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required. Must comply with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
