Urgent Care:
worker's comp, physicals, sprains, cuts, respiratory illness, and sutures/laceration repair (if able) Robust clinic support with dedicated MA/LVN and rad tech coverage, plus on-site X-ray No call responsibility; specialty support available through a large regional health system Schedule Block schedule with a 7 on / 7 off model; typically 14 shifts per month Clinic hours: 9a-9p weekdays and 10a-6p weekends, with rotating shift coverage Expected volume averages ~20-25 patients per 8-hour shift (seasonal surges occur) Weekend coverage is structured and shared across the team Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $115,000, plus bonus' Total Income Potential of $165,000- $200,000 Relocation assistance available Benefits include health/dental/vision, retirement plan with match, and reimbursement for licensure/DEA/professional associations Candidate Requirements Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) with interest in full-time Urgent Care practice New grads considered; Urgent Care experience preferred but not required Comfort managing walk-in acuity, minor injuries, and common respiratory complaints Ability to work efficiently in a team-based clinic environment Community & Location Highlights West Texas metro offers big-city conveniences with a cost of living noted below the national average Easy access to an international airport with direct flights to major hubs and popular destinations Strong mix of public, private, and charter school options, plus a local university presence Plenty of outdoor recreation, parks, dining, shopping, and a range of housing options from established neighborhoods to land Reach out today to learn more about this opportunity and how it aligns with your career goals.
