Job Description Looking to join the premier Gastroenterology team providing high-quality specialized care in a modern outpatient setting? Supported by a 1:1 Medical Assistant ratio , you will manage a patient volume of 14-16 PPD (ramping up to 20), focusing on clinical excellence without the demands of inpatient rounding.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform physical exams, elicit histories, and determine tentative diagnoses. Order/interpret labs and diagnostic tests; counsel patients on disease management. Full time
Schedule:
M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Collaborate with a supervising Physician and facilitate specialty referrals.
Qualifications Licensure:
Current Texas NP or PA license
Experience:
Previous medical/nursing experience required; GI experience required.
Skills:
Strong clinical decision-making and a talent for building patient rapport.
