H ospitalist NP/PA Opportunity
- Sherman, TX HighlandMD Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our hospitalist team in Sherman, TX.
This is a full-time position in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Schedule:
- 7-on / 7-off block schedule with 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in collaboration with hospitalist physicians to assess and manage adult inpatients
- Order, interpret, and document results of clinical tests
- Prescribe medications and recommend therapeutic treatments
- Participate in daily rounds and multidisciplinary care planning
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Active Texas NP or PA license required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- BLS and ACLS required
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $65•75 per hour•Malpractice coverage provided
