H ospitalist NP/PA Opportunity

• Sherman, TX HighlandMD Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our hospitalist team in Sherman, TX.

This is a full-time position in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Schedule:

• 7-on / 7-off block schedule with 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in collaboration with hospitalist physicians to assess and manage adult inpatients
• Order, interpret, and document results of clinical tests
• Prescribe medications and recommend therapeutic treatments
• Participate in daily rounds and multidisciplinary care planning
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Active Texas NP or PA license required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• BLS and ACLS required
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $65•75 per hour•Malpractice coverage provided
