Job Description

Join a growing, multi-specialty practice in the heart of Arlington that combines primary care with a range of specialty services. We're a thriving group with strong, supportive leadership and a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together. About the role We're bringing on a Nurse Practitioner (1099, independent contractor) to help us continue expanding access to high-quality care. You'll work alongside experienced physicians, NPs, and specialists in a setting designed to support both clinical excellence and your professional growth. Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • Flexible hours
  • No On-call, no weekends What you'll do
  • Provide comprehensive primary care and/or specialty support to a diverse patient panel
  • Conduct exams, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care
  • Collaborate with physicians and specialists across the practice on complex cases
  • Document accurately and contribute to quality improvement initiatives What we're looking for
  • Active Virginia NP license (or eligibility) and national certification (FNP, AGNP, or related)
  • DEA registration
  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
  • A team-first mindset and genuine interest in long-term patient relationships What we offer
