We're looking for an Autonomous PMHNP who shares that vision — someone who sees their patients as full human beings, not just diagnoses, and who finds deep meaning in the work they do every day. About This Role This is a full-time, in-person position at our brand-new Front Royal location — an exciting opportunity to be part of something being built from the ground up. As our Autonomous PMHNP, you'll bring confident, independent psychiatric care to the people who need it most, supported by a team that genuinely lifts each other up every single day.

Schedule:

34 hours per week | In-Person | Front Royal, VA What You'll Do Welcome patients with warmth and conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with care and close attention to each person's whole-picture health Build lasting therapeutic relationships through ongoing medication management and follow-up Partner with therapists and care coordinators to deliver truly integrated, wraparound support Document care thoughtfully and accurately in our EHR system Help shape the culture and clinical direction of our Front Royal home as it grows What We're Looking For Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program Active

PMHNP-BC
