Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating task sequencing and resource allocation to enhance workflow efficiency and meet service targets. Monitoring system performance and outputs to identify trends and implement corrective actions. Evaluating technical discrepancies and documentation gaps to improve controls and prevent recurrence. Ensuring adherence to installation procedures and safety standards across operations. Resolving complex technical issues through troubleshooting and escalating when necessary. Training team members on installation practices and technical standards to improve quality and consistency.
Qualifications include:
High School Diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in relevant fields preferred. 3+ years of experience in facilities or equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or related areas. Certifications in maintenance or technical operations are a plus.
