Job Overview As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and treatment to individuals across various medical settings. Duties
- Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans
- Order diagnostic tests and interpret results
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Utilize electronic health record systems for accurate documentation
- Stay updated on current medical practices and guidelines Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in DME (Durable Medical Equipment)
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks and Epic
- Strong patient care skills
