Job Description

Hill City Health & Wellness (of Hill City Chiropractic) is a boutique of allied health providers who are owner-operators of their small businesses in Lynchburg, VA. No franchises. This is a private-office cooperation, not a W-2 job nor a percentage split.

The space:

available Oct 1 at 2050 Langhorne Rd STE 202, Lynchburg, VA 24501. Dues depend on square footage — larger rooms available for the right fit. Utilities and Wi-Fi included. Website listing included (hillcityhealth.com | hillcitychiro.com). You set hours, fees, and payer mix (cash, insurance, or hybrid). You keep 100% of collections.

You:

Virginia-licensed MD, DO, or NP building an independent primary care or holistic/functional practice. If an NP still needs a collaborating physician, they must already have their own (suite owner cannot). Existing book is a plus; fresh starts welcome. Own entity, own billing, and malpractice at industry standard. Not employment. The suite owner is a DC next door, not your employer or supervisor but a consultant, as needed.
