Our team includes 6 Gastroenterologists and 6 PA/NPs, with providers rotating between two offices and hospital coverage on a schedule. Each PA/NP sees approximately 12-16 patients daily over an 8-9 hour shift, four days a week, with a scheduled admin day each week for catch-up or as a free day. Our PA/NPs are not scheduled for holidays, evenings, weekends, or on-call duties, ensuring a strong work-life balance. We offer a competitive annual salary ($90,000-$120,000) and comprehensive benefits, including 401(k) with matching, health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and retirement plans. Applicants must hold an active PA/NP license or be graduating within 3 months from an accredited program. This is a full-time, in-person position focused on providing compassionate patient care.
