Join Our Neonatology Team at Winchester Medical Center! We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible neonatologist to join our dedicated team in Winchester, VA. This full-time opportunity is part of a well-established 3-physician group caring for a 30-bed Level IIIb NICU, with an average daily census of 14. Our unit supports approximately 2,500 annual deliveries and admits around 330 NICU patients each year.
