Per Diem Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Pediatric Hospital Medicine Winchester, Virginia Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced, certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to assist with per diem coverage at Winchester Medical Center . 15 Collaborate closely with pediatric hospitalists in a team-based care model Work an 8-hour daytime shift; weekends preferred Participate in rounding, patient management, admissions, and discharge planning Access subspecialty support through leading institutions University of Virginia (UVA) INOVA Children's National Hospital Pediatrix also provides onsite NICU services , supporting continuity across levels of care About You Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Experience in pediatrics, newborn care, or hospital medicine preferred Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills Team oriented with excellent communication abilities Committed to delivering family-centered, high-quality care Current APRN national specialty certification Minimum of a master's degree Must have an active VA license Our clinicians enjoy a competitive compensation package, with many locations offering sign-on bonuses and relocation.
