Location:

Rutland, Vermont We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice within a respected 144-bed community hospital. This role offers an independent patient panel, strong physician collaboration, and an excellent work-life balance. Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.) Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Provide patient education and counseling Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate Maintain accurate and timely documentation Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications For Nurse Practitioners:

Master's degree in Nursing National certification through ANCC or equivalent Registered with the

Vermont State Board of Nursing For Physician Assistants:

Graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program NCCPA certification Registered with the

Vermont State Board of Medical Practice For All Candidates:
