Clinic and Hospital Setting:
Inpatient, Outpatient - # of beds: 251 beds Call requirement None Rounding, admissions, or none? Both Patient demographics Trauma and Acute Care Surgery Average patients per day 18 Required Procedures This position has the following scope- respond to traumas, might be the 1st to respond if trauma surgeon is in the OR, be the initial response in the ED; admit patients to the service line including ICU, surgical assist and prepare for and run and post discharge clinic 2 days a week Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs) Applicant must provide documentation of provision of endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months (waived for applicants who completed training during the previous year)
Requirements:
Required certifications (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable)
BLS, ACLS, ATLS EMR
