Position & Clinical Environment Work-Life Balance:

Outpatient only with the flexibility of a 4- or 5-day workweek.

Clinic Setup:

Features 6 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, and comprehensive on-site services including Dental, Lab, and Pharmacy.

Collaborative environment working alongside one other PA and supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant (MA).

Call Schedule:

Exceptionally light, phone-only call rotated at a 1:20 ratio. 

Compensation & Financial Benefits Base Salary:

$151,000 for experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.

Sign-On & Relocation:

$10,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance.

Loan Forgiveness:

Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment assistance (via

FQHC/HRSA

programs).

Qualifications Needed Specialty:

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or Physician Assistant (PA).

Experience:
