Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner | 4-Day Work Week | No Call HealthWithin Wellness Center is a well-established multidisciplinary clinic in Yakima, WA specializing in Occupational Health, injury care, and rehabilitation. We are seeking a confident and collaborative Nurse Practitioner to grow our Occupational Health program in a streamlined, team-oriented environment. If you are looking to practice high-quality medicine without hospital politics, weekend shifts, or call schedules — this is an opportunity to step into a stable, respected private practice with real autonomy. Schedule & Work-Life Balance Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-6:00pm No weekends No call No hospital rounding Predictable daily schedule Position Overview You will manage: Occupational injury evaluations L&I / Workers' Compensation cases DOT physicals (if certified or willing to obtain) Return-to-work coordination Collaboration with rehabilitation providers You will work alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, and rehab staff in a highly coordinated model of care.
