At Revitalizing Health & Hormones, we're redefining healthcare through personalized, relationship-driven care that combines evidence-based medicine with functional and integrative approaches. Our focus is helping patients optimize their hormones, metabolism, body composition, energy, longevity, and overall health through individualized care plans that address the root cause — not just symptoms. Due to continued growth and expanding services, we are adding an experienced Integrative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to our clinical team on a 3-4 day per week schedule . This is a rare opportunity to combine a genuinely balanced schedule with meaningful, autonomous clinical practice at one of Wisconsin's fastest-growing integrative healthcare clinics. What You'll Practice As a lead clinician, you'll manage your own panel of patients across: Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) Medical Weight Loss & Metabolic Health Peptide Therapy Functional & Integrative Medicine Preventative & Longevity Medicine Direct Primary Care Advanced Laboratory Evaluation Thyroid & Adrenal Optimization IV Nutrient Therapy Recovery & Performance Medicine Be Part of Our Growth As we continue expanding, you'll help launch and shape new clinical programs, including: IV Nutrient Therapy DEXA Body Composition & Bone Density Scanning Metabolic Recovery Suite Expanded Longevity & Performance Programs You will have real input into protocol development, service line design, and how care is delivered — not simply inherit someone else's system. Why This Position Is Different Longer appointments built around education, prevention, and root-cause work Meaningful, long-term relationships with patients who are invested in their outcomes A true 3-4 day week — no nights, no weekends, no holidays, no call Collaborative culture where provider judgment is respected Full scope of practice with support staff who let you work at the top of your license Continuous learning in one of the fastest-evolving areas of medicine Modern, spa-like clinical environment designed around patient experience Position ResponsibilitiesClinical Practice Serve as lead clinician for an assigned patient panel, managing the full care plan from intake through long-term follow-up Provide elective and preventative care services, including BHRT, functional nutritional assessment, supplementation, thyroid optimization, weight management, peptide therapy, stress reduction strategies, and lifestyle coaching Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and routine follow-up examinations Order and interpret advanced laboratory panels to identify underlying physiologic drivers of patient symptoms Diagnose medical conditions and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Prescribe medications, controlled substances, supplements, and adjunctive therapies as clinically appropriate Perform in-office procedures Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust treatment plans over time Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical record Team & Clinic Operations Delegate to and oversee the work of RNs, medical assistants, and clinical support staff Educate patients and families on conditions, therapies, medications, supplements, and nutrition Collaborate with clinic providers on complex or atypical presentations Assist with development and implementation of new clinical protocols and service lines Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, OSHA, infection prevention, and medication safety standards Contribute ideas that improve clinical quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes Required Qualifications Nurse Practitioner candidates: Master's degree (MSN) from an accredited program; DNP preferred Active Wisconsin Nurse Practitioner license National board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) Physician Assistant candidates: Master's degree from an ARC-PA accredited program Active Wisconsin Physician Assistant license Current NCCPA certification (PA-C) All candidates: Active DEA registration Current BLS certification or higher Biote training and certification within 3 months of hire (at hire preferred) Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Strong communication and patient education abilities Professional, dependable, and highly organized Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of experience Experience with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy or hormone pellet procedures Background in functional, integrative, or longevity medicine Experience with medical weight loss, GLP-1 therapies, or peptide protocols Primary care, internal medicine, or endocrinology experience Comfort with advanced lab interpretation beyond standard reference ranges Proficiency with electronic medical record systems Cash-pay, concierge, or direct primary care experience Who You Are The ideal candidate: Is passionate about helping patients transform their health, not just manage disease Enjoys teaching and empowering patients to take ownership of their outcomes Builds meaningful, long-term relationships with the people they care for Takes initiative and enjoys building something rather than maintaining it Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Is intellectually curious and enjoys staying current on emerging therapies Wants to grow professionally within a rapidly expanding organization
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$85,000 - $130,000 per year This is a salaried position based on a 3 or 4 day per week schedule. Final compensation is determined by days worked per week, credentials, and experience. Production bonus opportunity available in addition to base salary.
