We are actively seeking a highly motivated nurse practitioner (NP), or physician assistant (PA) to join our growing, mission-driven team serving the senior adult population. Qualifications:
Eligible for full-time or part-time employment Experience or interest in Geriatrics and Primary Care Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid care model Strong commitment to patient-centered, high-quality senior care
