Predictable Schedule:
Rotating 2-week schedule (work 7 out of 14 days; never more than 3 days in a row).

28 hours of overtime built into every 2-week pay cycle.
On-Call Incentives:
$25 stipend per scheduled on-call sign-up + standard hourly pay if called in.

Key Responsibilities Direct Care & Support:
Assist residents with morning/evening routines, personal care (dressing, bathing, grooming), toileting, mobility, and prompt call button responses.
Medication Assistance:
Help residents with self-administration of medication in strict accordance with state regulations and facility guidelines.
Dining & Kitchen Operations:
Assist with meal setup/feeding support, encourage community dining, and assist kitchen staff with post-meal cleanup and sanitization.
Housekeeping:
Maintain clean, safe public areas and perform deep room cleaning/laundry on designated days.
Documentation:
Log daily care observations and participate in shift-change handoffs to ensure seamless care. Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Active CPR and First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire). Ability to pass a State of Alaska background check and fingerprinting. Current, clear TB screening. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a heart for compassionate, servant-minded care. Physical capability to lift, transfer, and stand/walk during 12-hour shifts.
Schedule & Availability Expectations Shift Pattern:
12-hour day or night shifts on a rotating 2-week schedule.
Staff Meetings:
Monthly all-staff meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 6:00 PM.
On-Call:
Availability for up to 3 designated on-call shifts per month ($25 stipend per sign-up). Interested send resume to info@mountainmeadowsalh.com

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
