This role involves assisting individuals with daily personal care, supporting seniors and persons with disabilities, and ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and experience working with diverse populations, including those with dementia or special needs. Duties Provide assistance with patient personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support. Support clients with daily activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping to promote independence. Assist with patient transfer methods to ensure safe movement within the home environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, fostering a trusting relationship. Support senior clients and individuals with disabilities through personalized care plans tailored to their specific requirements. Offer dementia care by implementing specialized techniques to ensure safety and comfort. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times in accordance with privacy regulations. Deliver non-medical home care services that enhance the quality of life for clients in a respectful and compassionate manner. Experience Prior experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is preferred. Experience providing home health care assistance, including personal care and client communication. Familiarity with patient transfer methods and mobility support techniques. Experience caring for seniors and individuals with disabilities or special needs. Knowledge of dementia care strategies is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a non-medical home care setting while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
