Position Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing to clients in their homes Assist with mobility and transfers as needed Administer medications and adhere to proper medication management procedures Record and report any changes in client's condition to the nurse supervisor Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client, following infection control protocols Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Follow the client's individualized care plan, as directed by the nurse supervisor

Qualifications:

Active and valid CNA certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think critically and react calmly in emergency situations Excellent time management and organizational skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
