Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents in a warm and vibrant environment. As a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA at our facility, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and making a positive impact in their lives.
Available Shifts:
Day Shift:
7am-7pm
Night Shift:
7pm-7am
CNA Job Summary:
We are seeking CNAs to join our team. As a CNA at our facility, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and vital sign monitoring. You will also maintain accurate records and reports, and collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
CNA Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and vital sign monitoring Maintain accurate records and reports, including fluid and meal intake and output Turn or reposition residents who are bedridden Monitor and report any changes in resident condition Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety
CNA Qualifications:
Valid CNA license Ability to quickly learn and navigate PointClickCare PCC software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients safely
Pay:
$19.00 per hour
