Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist residents with daily living activities, such as feeding, mobility, and incontinence care Monitor and document resident vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure Identify and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents and staff

Requirements:
