Lead a team of COTAs in providing occupational therapy services to residents in our facility Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness Provide education and guidance to COTAs on best practices in occupational therapy Develop and maintain accurate records and reports of patient progress

Requirements:

Certification:

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a

COTA Skills:
