Job Description

Company Overview Prairie Grove Health & Rehab is a 60-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to delivering exceptional care within a compassionate and supportive environment. Job Description We are seeking motivated CNAs to join our team on a Full Time Basis. We need to fill both Weekend Doubles positions and 3rd shift (11P-7A) positions. Each of these roles offer an exciting opportunity to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Take vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse and respiration; accurately document findings using Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, PointClickCare. Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient conditions and any changes observed. Experience Previous experience working as a CNA or in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility or home care is highly preferred, but not required. Training will be provided. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional patient care.
