Job Objective/Summary:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides basic nursing care to patients and assists them with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting. The CNA also performs basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and assisting with medical equipment. The CNA works under the supervision of licensed nurses and medical staff to ensure that patients receive high-quality care.
Job Education, Licenses/Certifications, Knowledge & Experience:
Must hold a valid and active license in good standing as a C.N.A in the state of Arkansas. Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program. Strong knowledge of nursing principals, practices and procedures. Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
