The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, professional, and committed to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and light housekeeping. Measure and record vital signs as directed by the supervising clinician. Assist with mobility, safe ambulation, transfers, and prescribed exercises according to the care plan. Observe patients for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the assigned nurse. Provide companionship and support while promoting patient dignity and independence. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided. Follow established care plans, agency policies, and patient safety procedures. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA/PHI, infection control, and safety standards. Required Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification/license Current CPR certification Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
