The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and is responsible for providing resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans and as directed by nursing management. The CNA position is central to the provision of resident care. The CNA works with other licensed care staff to coordinate the proper types of care to residents and strictly follows all Company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines. > Active, Non-Probationary CNA License > Active, Class-Instructed CPR Certification > Fingerprinting Clearance Card > Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing > Tuberculosis Testing > Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire) > Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds > Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English Haven Health is the largest rural healthcare provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation throughout Arizona.
