Job Duties:

Provide direct resident care, and resident activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, personal grooming, changing linens, and light housekeeping Answer calls lights promptly and ensure lights are always within reach Take and give notice in writing, vital signs (temp, pulse, respiration & blood pressure), heights and weights as requested, report abnormal or unusual signs to charge nurse Report skin breakdown, pressure sores, changes in residents' physical/mental condition, unusual color or odor of excretes to nurse immediately Assist in the transport, transfer, ambulation, frequent positioning and providing ROM to residents. Use measures that ensure resident and associate safety Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of residents including ensuring rooms are ready for admission and assist residents with belongings upon discharge

Employment Requirements:

Arizona CNA License Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will help you apply if needed) Completion of a 2 Step TB Test (available on-site if needed) Hands-on CPR/AED Certificate for Healthcare Professionals Must be at least 21 years of age We value your dedication and care for our residents. Pay:
