Deliver Hands-On Care:
Support patients with warmth and dignity through daily activities (ADLs), regular clinical procedures, and essential comfort care. Be the
Eyes and Ears:
Monitor vital signs and track changes in patient conditions, acting as a crucial line of communication for our nursing and medical teams.
Collaborate and Connect:
Partner closely with an interdisciplinary team under the guidance of our Nurse Manager and Director to ensure seamless, age-specific patient care.
Keep It Accurate:
Maintain high standards of documentation, accurately recording patient milestones and interactions in their medical records.

Hourly Pay Rate:
$22.00
Qualifications Education:
Prefers a high school diploma or GED.
Experience:
Prefers at least one (1) year of relevant nursing assistant or healthcare-related experience.
Specialized Training:
Must complete approved Valleywise Health computer classes.
Certification/Licensure:
Requires licensure through the AZ Board of Nursing as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Requires a BLS card obtained through an approved American Heart Association (AHA) training center is preferred and will be required within 3 months. Ambulatory Clinics/Desert Vista - Unit 2
Adolescent:
Must have a valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or submit a completed Affidavit at time of hire. Must complete fingerprint clearance card application within seven (7) days of hire date. Must present an actual card within 90 days of applying for a fingerprint clearance card.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bilingual is preferred. Must have the ability to work with culturally diverse people. Requires excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
