Job Summary Rio Vista Post Acute & Rehabilitation is looking for a compassionate and dependable Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA ) to join our team. If you enjoy helping residents maintain their independence, mobility, and quality of life, we would love to meet you! As a Restorative Nursing Assistant , you will work closely with our nursing and therapy teams to provide restorative care and encourage residents to reach their individual goals.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with restorative nursing programs and daily activities Encourage mobility, strength, range of motion, and independence Provide compassionate, person-centered care Document resident participation and progress Help create a supportive and encouraging environment Maintain weekly, new admissions and monthly weights for residents Provide support to the nursing team on the floor as needed to ensure quality resident care

Requirements:
