Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Shifts:

Day & Night Shifts Available - PRN We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality care and support to Veterans/Members.

Responsibilities:

Assist Veterans/Members with transfers, ambulation, bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, personal hygiene, and other ADLs . Take and document vital signs and monitor changes in physical and mental condition. Assist nursing staff with basic treatments, procedures, and post-surgical care. Obtain and document specimens and track intake/output as needed. Maintain accurate resident care and medical documentation. Assist with meals, transportation, and resident comfort. Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. Assist licensed nurses during emergency situations. Participate in AMS and QAPI processes and complete other duties as assigned.

Required Compliance Items:

Current Resume Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card Food Handler's Card CPR/BLS Card Current TB Skin Test Active CNA License/Certification Hepatitis B vaccination or declination COVID vaccination or declination

Skills & Qualifications:

Active CNA certification Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-focused care Ability to work effectively with nurses and other members of the healthcare team Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines #IND1
