Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay:

Support resident comfort, safety, dignity, and independence. Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team. Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, meals, and restorative care programs. Communication & Teamwork Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members. Collaborate with nurses and therapists to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and follow established care plans. Contribute to a positive, resident-focused team environment. Professional Standards Follow all facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety guidelines. Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Support the facility's commitment to excellence in skilled nursing care. Qualifications Active California CNA Certification required Minimum 2 year of CNA experience preferred Skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care experience strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Join Peninsula Post-Acute and bring your experience, compassion, and commitment to a team dedicated to providing outstanding resident care.
