Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being. Performs the above duties as well as lifting, moving, positioning and transporting of patients while using proper techniques and/or equipment.

Observation, Feedback, Equipment condition, Variance reports In addition to those listed in 1.1 above, demonstrates basic skills including, but not necessarily limited to: Patient hygiene (bathing, grooming, oral and perineal care, back rubs); Documentation of baseline data (vital signs, intake and output), Knowledge of mobility and precautions for orthopedic patients; Skin care for immobilized patients; Infection control & prevention.
