Essential Duties:
Assist residents with personal care and social engagement to enhance their independence and quality of life. Promptly assists residents with daily nursing care needs as directed in service plan, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, escorting, and incontinence management and tasks as assigned by LVNs, RNs and DON. Treat residents with respect, dignity, and compassion, always ensuring confidentiality Complete all service plan tasks as scheduled and sign-off on each by end of shift.
